I was in town visiting, and my dog was desperately needing a haircut. When I called to confirm his appointment this morning, she told me she didn’t have him down even though I made the appointment over a week ago. She said she’d squeeze him in, but clearly didn’t have much time since she shaved ALL of his hair off!! The girl who checked us in quoted me $20 and I told her I wanted to keep his head big since he’s a bichon, and just a slight trim. She cut ALL his hair off!!! She didn’t even trim the inside of his ears which is the most important since he’s prone to getting ear infections. His hair has never been this short. She could have at least called me to tell me she needed to go shorter. When I came to pick him up she told me the total is $35 even though they quoted me $20 over the phone. I’m so distraught! I called the lady and asked for a refund since his hair looks awful, and she kept telling me it wasn’t in good shape to leave it long. I brush his hair every single day! It’s in wonderful condition. I have a picture to prove it that I literally took just yesterday. The customer service is awful! I would definitely stay away from this place!
