Monty Tharp
Never finished the job I paid for and that they promised to do. He just kept saying that he would be back to finish the job and never showed. Of course he wanted all the money up front before he started.
Use caution and discretion before choosing The Yard Artist! and I would not recommend paying him before he actually finishes the job.
