AVOID. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. These people do not care about helping you. Their front office staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. I scheduled an appointment for September back in July. 48 hours before my visit, I was informed that my appointment was no longer available. Scarlet in the front office decided she was going to gatekeep my mental health care because I was being "disrespectful" and completely canceled the appointment I was waiting for. This has left me without mental healthcare for a indefinite period of time, materially impacted my mental health, and has provided me a personal conviction to keep people away from this amateur-hour operation. This place is a serious mental health crisis waiting to happen. The best course of action would be to shut down, fire the entire staff, and work on placing patients with people who actually care about helping them. Trash organization.
