Todd Santanello and Action Radon are the most unprofessional business I have found to date. Let me begin. I recently bought a home that needed mitigation. Since Action did the assessment for the seller of the house I wanted to continue to give them business. We scheduled the installation in December. When I showed up at the house which we had not yet occupied, I quickly opened the garage door and he and his people entered without greeting me or introducing themselves. When I quickly got in the house and saw none of them were wearing masks in the middle of a global pandemic, I was assertive and abundantly clear that masks were required in my house. The fact that he did not introduce himself nor ask about masks was infuriating. What was even MORE frustrating was how he responded to my assertive statement about mask wearing. He was rude, offensive, and accused me of being rude because I didn't ask him to wear a mask. NO, in a global pandemic I don't need to play nice and ASK you to wear a mask. That should just be understood. Once he got combative and began accusing me of being rude, I was done. I asked him to pack up his stuff and leave. His parting words, I've been doing work in homes for months without a mask on. I then replied the stupidity of his past clients was not my problem. This man was rude, unprofessional, and full of entitlement. He is not customer focused and doesn't respect customer needs. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN EVER!
