Prism Fit was founded because the owner, Ashley Kondziela, believes everyone deserves to take up space. There are still gaps in the fitness community when it comes to welcoming women, members of the queer community, people of color, and other under-represented individuals into gym spaces. Anyone is welcome at Prism Fit as long as they are accepting of all the other individuals around them.
