This business was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I paid for a ring and he refuses to send me what I paid for. I will now have to file with my bank to get my money back as he will not send me my ring nor give me my money. So he has my money and I have no ring he fought with me for over an hour over email being very unprofessional.

I am really really sorry you did not receive your ring but you are leaving out some very important parts. I did send you your ring even though you did not pay for all of it. You ordered a ring with engraving and never did pay for the engraving. I emailed you 2 times about it and you never did respond. I had already engraved it so I could not redo it so I did send you the ring anyway even though you still owe me for the ring. Get the facts straight. If anyone has any doubts about my professional business practices please email me and I will send you a screen shot of the tracting number and proof that the package was delivered and accepted by her even though she refused to finish paying for the ring. Also if you will go to www.southernoutlawcrafts.com and look at my reviews you will see that after 3 years in business and hundreds of reviews that all are 5 star except for hers and one other person. I am not saying I am perfect but if there is a legitamate problem or if the customer is unhappy with my product for any reason I will go out of my way to fix it.
