In 2009 Designer Jennifer Issa noticed that although she went to all the top pet boutiques and felt that the fashion and the design of most dog products just aren’t up to the standard we expect for our beloved four legged family member. At that point she decided that after years of Designing for women it was time to take her design expertise to the world of dog fashion apparel and accessories. So Duke and Dutchess was created. Issa was stuck when no one in Los Angeles was willing to make the collection but over the years she didn’t give up.
