So this might be long and drawn out but DO NOT RENT FROM MR. JONKINS. So when Ms.Taylor was the owner everything was smooth. Mr. Jonkins will make your life a living hell. He has bullied tenants into making false rental assistance claims. He has tried to start relationships with tenants as he calls it he is polygamist and will come at you over being two days late for $50. He creeps around the properties and threatens the tenants as well. He talks to you as if you are his child or beneath you. He calls the tenants B****** & S****. He was supposed to be maintenance and wasn't shoveling the snow nor putting down salt. The woman that he has doing work for him Ms. Mullen is just as bad as him. Until this company gets a new owner I suggest any and everyone stay away from it.
