Carolyn Miller Duncan PC Carolyn, our firm’s founder and leader, has always been a true advocate for her clients. Even before she became an attorney, she was determined to improve the circumstances of those around her, as well as help others communicate — which is probably what guided her to study international relations before attending law school. Since becoming an attorney, Carolyn has continued helping people express their needs and finding efficient solutions to meet those needs. Whether her clients need a plan for the future, a resolution to a problem, or a fresh start, she’s always up for the challenge. Bill is our business manager and paralegal. Before joining the firm in 2009, he wore several hats in the business world, working as a manager, a business owner, and a management consultant over the years. When Bill decided to bring his experience to our firm, we quickly realized it was a good fit. His business knowledge gives our team unique insight into a wide range of legal matters, including bankruptcy, negotiation, and government agency behavior. With both Bill and Carolyn on their side, our clients are definitely in good hands.
