My family and I have been using Scott as our handyman/ contractor for over 10 years. He established his first very successful construction corporation down in South Florida at the age of 20. After serving in the Air Force we now have seen him develop his second company up here in New York but taken it to a much higher level. The meticulous planning, effort and hard work he puts into the jobs is incredible. From start to finish his whole hand selected team never ceases to amaze. Highly recommended company.

Very knowledgeable and professional company. I was in a real jam late on a Saturday evening. We had a house full of people and the hot water stopped working. Scott rather than like many people coming and charging us an arm and a leg, told my husband how to press the reset button and got it working again. We did have them change the heater also on Monday but the fact that humanity still exists truly is commendable. Thank you

I want to convey how happy my husband and I are with the quality work that was done from start to finish. They were very professional every step of the way and you could really see the time and effort they put into it. We had our whole kitchen gutted and put in new cabinets, appliances, marble countertop, wood floor, molding and a fresh paint job. We also had our bathroom remodeled which looks awesome with our new walk in shower and brand new wood look plank floor! Everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

I recently had Contracting Services Unlimited come remove an old concrete slab in my backyard and add a wood deck in place of it. They did the job fast and well. The price was also very fair. Highly recommended!
