The Quadrow Modular System was founded in 2015 in Indio, CA by Toshi Ghalebi, an engineer and inventor. He was inspired to support the Cultivation industry with greenhouses using magnesium oxide boards instead of drywall to provide the cultivation industry with a kit ready grow house that resists mold. As he continued to research the demand for modular units or ADU’s, he designed modular units that could easily be manufactured using an 8 x 8 cube system. These modular units are also built with magnesium oxide panels that can resist fires, floods and earthquake to be used for residential, commercial education, healthcare and other forms of construction. The Quadrow Modular System was born to be able to meet the demands of affordable housing on a local, national and global scale in meeting with environmental objectives.
