Randy Isaac is a home inspector/ owner at Catalyst Inspections, who works with home buyers and sellers to help give them peace of mind with their home purchases. Randy believes understanding the condition of the largest investment you’ll probably ever make in buying a home is crucial to having peace of mind. Randy is a Certified Professional Inspector, as well as, a Certified Residential Thermographer. He has completed the requirements for the InterNachi Certified Professional Inspectors rigorous course, as well as, over 70 hours of Continuing Education offered by InterNachi. As a Certified Residential Thermographer at Catalyst Inspections, I specialize in helping my clients save money on energy costs by locating areas that may be missing insulation, drafty windows, doors and clogged HVAC units. With the use of a Thermal Imaging Camera I can locate water damage that is hidden to the untrained eye; if left untreated this can create an environment conducive to mold, posing health risks to the people exposed and home itself. I am also trained in the art of interpreting and analyzing the thermal images in a way that makes sense to my clients. This technology quickly identifies any problem areas that can’t be seen by the naked eye. Results are captured and documented instantly then easily transferred into professional reports – providing tangible proof of our findings.
