Project Management Complete, owned by Derrick Kendrick Ross, did not complete the services that were in a written contract for property constructions, improvements and additions of a Nonprofit Organization's facility. He took an upfront payment of $10,000 for blue prints and another $8,500 for material and supply parts. However, after approximately three months, Mr. Ross did not do and still has not done any of the work as listed in the written contraction, other than "cleaning the building". No invoice copies or receipts of the material and supply parts that Mr. Ross were to order were provided for the $18,500 paid to Mr. Ross. After taking the $18,500 from the nonprofit organization, repeated contact with Mr. Ross was made by phone, text, email and other methods without response. Furthermore, in the brief and few meetings that the nonprofit organization has had with Mr. Ross, he does not appear to be knowledgeable in property constructions, improvements and additions - the contractors that met him indicated that he did not understand the scope, language, and work involved with the current project (prior work experience and his background also suggests he is a novice). Finally, Mr. Ross was unprofessional. In the nonprofit organization's meetings with him, during his business hours, he would be driving and showing up in a uniform of a different company where he was an employee. Mr. Ross would not show up to appointments mutually made, and if he did show up, he would always be late. The only appointments he would reliably show up to, on time, were the two days that he was to take the nonprofit organization's payment. In summary, Project Management Complete, owned by Mr. Derrick Ross, has taken $18,500 from a nonprofit organization dedicated to feeding the hungry. Mr. Ross and his company has not completed any work, except, to "clean out the building", and Mr. Ross is not knowledgeable about this trade, and he is unprofessional with this work. In conclusion, I would stay away from Project Management Complete and Mr. Ross.
