I cannot even give this company 1/2 star. They came to fix my toilet without tools or equipment. He looked unprofessional, talked unprofessional and stunk. Did not even have a hose on their truck to connect to the water and toilet. Every real plumber has them stocked on their truck. Asked me write the check for the copayment for my home warranty. He said he was only "diagnosing" and would not come back for another couple of days??? I told him to wait one moment and I was going to call my home warranty company regarding that. All techs call in the work and complete job on the same visit. While I was on the phone, he grabbed my check, ran out the door, and left. When I yelled after him at the front door, he just laughed and waved. He had no intention of fixing my toilet-just ripping me off. I would NOT recommend this company for anything unless you enjoy getting RIPPED OFF. He even lied to my insurance company by telling them that I called him names. I am a 120 lb cancer patient and he is a fat probably close to 275 lb man. Where are the honest people in this world? Hopefully this helps you in your decision on who to use. P.S. I also found out that he does not have a plumbers license but answering calls put out for a plumber. MORE DISHONESTY. GO FIGURE.
