DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!!! We needed a motor replacement for our heater system and Vinnie was hired through our warranty replacement company. When he came to replace the motor, we had been without heat for a month. When he prepared to leave without fixing the problem, we informed him that we could pay out of pocket for express shipping for the part. He was dismissive of this idea. On attempt 3/4 of fixing our problem, Vinnie came to replace the blower motor which turned out to be the wrong motor that he ordered and broke another part removing it. Upon breaking this piece, he took the entire blower housing with him leaving us unable to locate someone else to identify and fix the problem. Two weeks later, he came with the correct motor, and let himself into our family home without notifying anyone. Upon discovery of him in our home, he lied and said that someone in the house let him in. He also did not announce himself while walking around our home and surprised my wife in her robe. Vinnie showed a level of unprecedented arrogance walking around our house without announcing himself and we will be reporting him the the Better Business Bureau.

BEWARE! Vinny has left us without heat for almost a year now. He works through our home warranty company and delayed getting his reports in that we needed a new boiler after repeated attempts of us begging for heat. We had to use space heaters all winter. BEWARE! Vinny has left us without heat for almost a year now. He works through our home warranty company and delayed getting his reports in that we needed a new boiler after repeated attempts of us begging for heat. We had to use space heaters all winter. The warranty company gave him our new boiler months ago and he has cancelled on us several times and not shown up several times. We still have no boiler and no heat and are pursuing a lawsuit.
