Customer service is horrible. We went to eat with family and in an hour and a half, they only took out two dishes. The clientele that places orders online apparently have preference before a walk in. You have to make an appointment with the online service to eat. when we asked why it was taking so long and people who came in way after us were all getting their food, we were told they had placed online order, and thats how we found out that our food gets placed on the backburner. We sat 20 minutes and at that time they didn't take us the coffee we ordered, much less filled the glasses of water for our family that had been more time waiting. The waitress instead of providing some customer service and offering to check on our food after we told her that we would rather leave if we were going to wait another hour, accepted our order cancellation as if she never placed the order in the first place. Next time I want pupusas and Fried plantains, ill go to Los Primos Restaurant, at least they tend to their clientele there. El servicio al cliente es pezimo. Llegamos a comer en familia y en hora y media, solo sacaron dos platos. La clientela que pine ordenes en linea aparentemente tienen preferencia antes de un walk in. Hasi que para comer hay que hacer cita con el servicio en linea. Estuvimos sentados 20 minutos y en ese tiempo no nos llevaron ni el cafe que ordenamos, y mucho menos le llenaron los vasos de agua a la familia que tenia mas tiempo alli esperando. La mesera en vez de proveer algo de servicio al cliente le valio que le dijeramos que mejor nos ivamos como si nunca metio la orden asi que sin preocupacion. Mejor a Los primos, que por lo menos alli lo atienden a uno.
