Essentially, David Klevgard and TMG are thieves. He was habitially late in providing the rent to us. Then, in January, he went completely silent, not responding to any forms of communication. We terminated our agreement due to breach of contract and he has yet to provide us with the rent or security deposit the tenants paid him. It was only through intervention with law enforcement that he provided our keys back.
Do yourself a favor, look at all the bankruptcies and small claims lawsuits against him on CCAP (soon to be one more added to that), and then run as far away as you can.
