Called in January for a repair on hunter Douglas wooden blinds. They came and charged $125. For 5 minutes as a service charge.. they said they would fix it. I didn't hear from the. So l called in a couple of weeks, they said they couldn't do as they were goin on vacation so I called in another couple of weeks and they forgot to order the part. Another couple of weeks they fixed the drawstring part but broke the header parts, came back with a magnet Fix that didn't work and I haven't heard from them again. It's now the middle of may and they don't answer calls.. don't use use them, hundreds of dollars down the drain
