Last holiday season I purchased a truckload of what was supposed to be ( advertised as all New Shelf Pull and Overstock Amz ). What I recieved was all warehouse and shipping damaged goods. This disrupted how I did business at the time and took months to recover from. I spoke with many employees including the owner Thomas about the truck many times. Sent pictures of what I got to them to review. I was told by Thomas that he would most likely give me a partial refund and get back with me in days. He never got back with me. All my calls and messages through Facebook and Email were ignored. After a month or so of trying to come to an agreement I decided to take Infinity Remarketing to court. Took my evidence with me and won the case. No one from Infinity even showed to defend themselves in the matter. As of now a year later. Infinity has yet to pay the settlement amount of $3000. Of course this amount only covers what was lost after selling the truck items vs cost of the truck. This did not include the extra 80+ man hours sorting through the trash. It did not include the 2 trips I made to Youngstown (gas, almost 2 full days of time, miles on my vehical) to file and attend court. I have spoken to many brokers since this incident with Infinity. All agree that they are devious lying crooks. Word in the buisness as of now, is that they are falling apart due to the owner being in and out of rehab. All though I can't confirm this to be true.. I have listened to one of his current videos and one from the past and you can definitely tell that he doesn't look or sound good at all. I was hoping they would own up and pay me whats owed. I even told them I wouldn't review them if they settled the matter. They haven't. So I'm telling you all to be extra careful with this company. Buisness owners like Thomas don't care about their customers. Which is a shame because I had every intention to be a recurring customer as I order many truckloads from all over.
