Terrible experience with them. We were out of our house for 6 months due to a fire. There were so many things wrong with this rental I took pics the day after we moved in. Then when we moved out they said there was so much repair to be done they had to keep our $1700 security deposit AND charge us an extra $370!! Then we get the bill and turns out one of their relatives did the painting, etc, so they got paid too. Quite the scam they got going on. ALL new carpeting etc. unreal. I sent them the pics and told them other things that were broken around there, some we had fixed while we were there. They totally ignored all our emails and phone calls. They also charged us for the kitchen sink that was "broken" and was fine when we moved there. No explanation or no contact from them. Just pay it or else. Was hard enough going through the fire and everything else we had to deal with at that time (covid, kids were graduating) , but then we had to deal with that too. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Would highly recommend not doing any kind of business with them.
