Waited a half hour to upgrade my phone. Sales person decided to let somebody else with a return to jump in front of my place in line. I told the sales person I was before her but he did not care. Update: Reading another review and going to an actual Verizon store on St Lucie Blvd, I am glad I dodged a bullet with this "Franchise" dealer and instead went to the real Verizon store. Besides the better customer service at the other legit place I likely saved money.
