I went for an eye exam today and my experience was amazing. The front desk was very welcoming Rubby, Sandra and Yubi. Alex did my work up and he was very sweet, he answer all my question prior to entering Dr Newcomer who i absolutely love. I got to meet Adrian the office manager and he was very kind. I'll come back next week to get glasses with Berekeley Eye center.

Dr Ray Shrum from Cleveland and staff were great. Made me feel comfortable with the procedure I was undergoing. I would put him, Berkeley and Caplan at the top of my list.

With Dr. Yankelove. Took care both eyes Cataract surgery. Now my eyes vision much better than before. Thanks Dr. and staff taking care of my eyes

Great from the start. They found issues that another eye clinic missed. I knew I had cataracts and I can now have my vision, especially night vision, restored. Brenda made the visit fun and interesting.

January 2021 was the first time I have ever visited Berkeley Eye Center. Had I known the experience I had, I would have come here from the beginning and never gone anywhere else. I experienced customer service and a bedside manner that was absolutely unmatched by any customer service I have ever experienced ever. Each person that I encountered was absolutely wonderful and you could tell that they all loved their jobs. Best attributes in customer service ever. And that is long lost these days. I absolutely recommend Berkeley Eye Center to everyone and hope you all experience even a fraction of what I did.

My experience with Berkeley Eye Center has always been great! They worked with me through a time I was scheduled for surgery and things had changed. The customer service with them is great! They are also quick and fast!

Honestly couldnt be better. Dr. Spengler and his team were professional, efficient, and made me feel very comfortable prior and after surgery. I recommend anyone go to Berkeley Eye Center for Lasik because it was the best experience I couldve had!

Working with the vulnerable population for over 30 years I have seen many individuals be taken advantage, neglected, abused or ignored. I had an elderly client 98 years old, on a fixed income that had an infected eye. A doctor had diagnosed him with cellulitis and directed us to go to a particular eye center the following day. After being notified of absurdity high cost for services for the eye clinic, I became concerned. I phoned Berkeley Eye center explained that this elderly client did not have a new Medicare care and our concerns of the probability he may have a serious infection but our inability to pay hundreds of dollars. The receptionist told us to come in and the Doctor will fit us in. When I arrived they assisted us in finding the new Medicare number for the elderly patient. The wait was short, the elderly man had a full assessment. They calmed our fears that he did not have a serious infection. Last they were able to bill Medicare so this elderly man would not have to pay anything. The doctors the nurses, receptionist went above and beyond with their services and care. What touched my heart was the genuine care and attention. Truly a testimony of the good in humanity. Thank you

I had a pleasant experience I arrived on time shortly after they call my name and met with Ms Olga very nice lady, and then saw the Eye Doctor Chou. Was out of there in no time. Thanks!
