Don't contact them. They were sent from my home warranty company to fix the oven. Came, said he needed to change the main board. came a couple days later and changed the main board. Didnt even test the oven and left. My wife tested the oven and smelled something burning, turned of the oven right away. Called the technician and he came back a couple days later. After he opened the oven, the part the wires are connected was melted. He had to disconnect the wires to get the oven out of the island. Checking with another electrician who told us this can only happen if the wires aren't connected correctly (loose screw). Now our home warranty denies the claim because of their fault.
