ilkb is an amazing family! I heard about this place through mother and she has done so well already, so I was inspired to join! The coaches are amazing! They help motivate you so much and you can see they truly love what they do. They make an effort to befriend every member and are always so friendly and welcoming.

iLoveKickboxing - Los Al is amazing!! This is unlike any other fitness studio! The coaches are all extremely sweet and motivational, they even make an effort to know everyone by name. Not only are the coaches great, but the fitfam you become a part of upon joining is so amazing! Everyone encourages everyone to keep pushing and reaching those goals. This is definitely a place I look forward to coming each week and I highly recommend you give it a try!

It is truly a family atmosphere in the sense that everyone really empowers everyone there. The staff are great they make sure that you’re doing everything correctly so you will not get injured and they take the time to find out about you as well as your wants for your exercise routine. Give ILoveKickboxing in Los Alamitos a try. You won’t be sorry you did!

My wife had been trying for weeks to get me to go here to give the classes a try. I was really hesitant and didn't think I would be able to be motivated enough to fit it in in our already busy schedule. Anyways, I finally decided to buy the trial package and try it out with my wife. And you know what? It turned out not to be only a great workout, but it was fun as well! So much fun that I actually decided to join as a member! The staff and the members there are really nice and motivating. It's not an intimidating environment at all and you will have a great time working out and punching and kicking bags, all the while listening to awesome music to keep you going. To give you a quick overview of what to expect from a class 1. Start off with a ~15 workout to get your heart rate going which includes running, lunges, crunches, burpees, etc 2. Bag rounds where you would practice your punches and kicks and combos 3. Partner rounds where you pair up with a partner and exchange combos 4. Cool down. You will easily burn 600+ calories each class. Definitely beats running on the treadmill! And it's way more fun too! I would definitely recommend you try it out, but be warned, you may get hooked!

I’ve never been the gym type and I’ve always needed that extra push and guidance in order to work out. Going to the gym, I feel kind of awkward and overwhelmed by the amount of people and options. I’m so glad a good friend of mine convinced me to sign up for a membership. I’ve gone from exercising 0x a week to 3-4x. It’s great because the instructors really push you to do your best. They’re tough but constructive and motivating. I stay at this studio because the staff are so amazing; there’s definitely a little place in my heart for these guys. The classes are always engaging, so I never feel bored by the routines. Plus, you have a positive and fun environment and are surrounded by people who support you. The workout is challenging, but not too difficult. It’s definitely a full body workout and you pretty much never stop moving for the entire hour. I’m finally fitting into all the clothes I thought I grew out of. I’m feeling great and more resilient than I’ve felt in a long time.

I tried other ILKB studios but, hands down ILKB Los Alamitos is the best. I had the groupon deal - great way to try out if this is for you, minimal invesment, maximum workout & fun. They take care of you with the groupon deal the same way like they take care of their regular members. (Not just in the first class....) They understand that some people might need more than one class to get a feel for this, they are not pushy or agressive. Classes are high energy ones, instructors are friendly & fun, they have different styles, but they all have great sense of humor and they focus on you getting the most out of your workout and help you with your goals. Studio is super clean, location & parking is excellent. I got a membership with them after I used my groupon classes - and they worked with me to get a good deal - even though the best deal is when you sign up after your first class. Thank you ILKB Los Al Team - this is THE way to run a business!

Ilovekickboxing is not only an incredible workout, it is a super happy place to be! Everyone who works there are kind, knowledgeable, positive, and patient. They play great music to get you pumped and are constantly supporting and encouraging! The clients that come in are also awesome people!! I highly recommend for anyone looking to try something new at any fitness level! You will be amazed at what you learn your body is capable of!
