Mike Baker
This person accepted the money at the price he quoted for doing the job but did not finish. Then he wanted $575 to finish. He did not mulch. I said I wanted mulch and I said I didn't like mulch. He used that as an excuse not to mulch. I never said I didn't want him to mulch. He did not mow the ground cover as I instructed him several times and he shook his head indicating that he understood. Fixing the pavers was not completed even though I had several extra pavers that I showed him that he could have used. He claimed he ran out of pavers. This person is not trustworthy or honest. Do not pay him until he has completed the work to your satisfaction.
