Joe Palmieri & ECCO Design Build failed miserably in delivering on their promises. Not only did they breach our contract, but they also exceeded the budget with outrageous cost overruns. Their inability to meet deadlines left us in a bind, causing significant disruptions to our plans. Avoid them at all costs unless you enjoy headaches and disappointment. They are dishonest to the core and will lie and mislead at every turn. DO NOT do business with them under any circumstance.
