We had a flood in our newly finished basement and ended up calling Tier 1 Restorations after another company already came out. Ty and Tier 1 were very knowledgeable and responsive during the entire process. They tore out and dries all the wet areas and then constructed everything back. It looks better than before. They documented everything with photos and readings while keeping our insurance company informed so we didn't have too. Great service for the front range. Very reliable and professional. Highly recommend to anyone in need of there service.
