Everything started well, then the contractor and his crew stopped showing and responding to my calls, text, and emails after working two days. A week later or a little over, I talked to the contractor, and he started he was in the hospital, and his crew failed to keep things up and to run while he had surgery. The team showed up and worked for a day and a half and hasn't shown again, and it has been almost a week. Out of nearly 30 days, his crew has worked for about 3.5 days. I haven't seen the owner since the first week, and he's stopped returning any of my outreach attempts. Oh, and no permits, we're pulled at all.
