Ben has offices in Arizona and Utah and was a contributing attorney author of the Utah Domestic Asset Protection statute – the leading asset protection statute in the US, which was signed into law by Governor Herbert in 2013. Ben is a member of WealthCounsel – the nation’s premiere organization of estate planning attorneys who are dedicated to client service and continuing education. He is a founding member of WealthCounsel Advisor’s Forum – an interdisciplinary group of advisors who work together to develop procedures to better serve clients. Ben received his Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University and was inducted into Kappa Tau Alpha, a National Scholastic Honor Society.
