The Fit Factory combines the science of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), coaching, and accountability to achieve and sustain long-term results We started out as just providing the positive and supportive fitness studio that we would love to come to everyday. Before we thought about any type of equipment we discussed the vibe and feel of The Fit Factory. Working out is hard enough all on its own so we wanted to create a Fit Squad Family with people that pushed you do an extra rep, set, or workout, to support you, or talk with friendly banter to get you through to the end.
