BEWARE THESE PEOPLE. My mother had them for years and never filed a claim . so when she was battling cancer we put a new roof on the house . Paid 6000 cash. The roofers mentioned ice damage and that its covered by our homeowners insurance. They took forever to make the assessment while knowing my mom had stage 4 stomach cancer. They then lost the check in the mail . By the time we got the reissued check my mom was deceased . Now they won't help us or the house even though it all happened while she was alive but bc of their mistake we are out 3000 dollars. ( it took 2 months to get the assessment and check) Dont ever trust this trash group. That is so sick. They knew her time was limited and played games to save money even after years as a customer
