Welcome to Juan Tequila, Gaslamp’s innovative Cocktail and Mexican Cuisine! We’ve designed a space that’s unique to San Diego Welcome to Juan Tequila, Gaslamp’s innovative Cocktail and Mexican Cuisine! We’ve designed a space that’s unique to San Diego, with extra touches to enliven every experience. You’ll love our non-pretentious New York vibe with chandeliers, club leather furniture, marble tabletops and “starry” lounge. Our cocktail program includes a refreshing splash of tiki-inspired drinks based on tropical fruit and Mexican ingredients along with aperitif artist-crafted cocktails, utilizing a carefully chosen assortment of old-world tequila, Mezcal, and other agave spirits. We’re also focused on craft beer and wine. Juan Tequila explores upscale flavor combinations that have become hallmarks of our Mexican cuisine. Relying on ancient and modern techniques and cross-border ingredients, our nuevo approach offers a variety of small plate selections and larger entree dishes. Come savor our specialties, such as our Hongos Mexicanos al Mezcal, Birria Tacos, and many others. At Juan Tequila, you’ll discover a new twist on Baja California’s version of “straight up” classy!
