Picking a Realtor to work with is a crucial part of the process of buying or selling a home. Your Realtor should be someone with experience who will listen to your needs and help you find the home that suits you and your lifestyle the best. Your Realtor should be available when you need to talk and should NOT be pawning you off to an assistant. If that appeals to you, then I would recommend me! I have been a Realtor in the Denver Metro Area for 37 years. I specialize in homes, townhomes, condos, dog and horse property, acreage, and whatever else you may desire. I have extensive experience with legal matters revolving around divorce, title and estate issues and work well with attorneys. My designations include GRI and CDPE.
