If I could give zero stars I would They have done nothing but make excuses blame everything they can on some issue that never fixes it. We have been out over $1,500 for nothing. They have horrible communication make excuses for everything and take no responsibility and then have to show up and talk about how skilled and great they are when clearly this has been nothing but a nightmare with them. They do not care about their customers nor getting the job done correctly and appears from our experience they don't know what they are doing. I would steer clear from them so you too don't experience any of this hellish nightmare we have been dealing with for almost 2 months now with them. Called over an hour and a half ago and once again told by Robert he would call back to have someone come out no call. And that was after being told well ma'am we've done everything we can do. I said listen we have paid y'all money we have done everything yall have told us and everything yall have said is the issue we get someone else out here to fix and yet we still have no air conditioning. This has been the worse experience by so called experts I have encountered personally and this is ridiculous. I would take severe caution with this company and if you have been lucky or get lucky to have a good experience then I'm happy for you because this has been a nightmare for us.

Manager was horribly unprofessional. No documentation for services or reports. When asked for one he was belligerent and hostile explaining they didn't have to give us one. Only the insurance. The insurance disagreed with this as the company is expected to give a customer copy as well. Then when I contacted the "main office" the previous manager masquerades as hr to continue being belligerent. Do not use these people. Go with more reputable businesses. Also be very wary as they offer "loans" I highly doubt they have the licensing for this and may, in fact, steal your money. For the same amount of money go with an actual company and not 2 people poorly versed in service and poorly versed in customer care.
