If you want INCOMPETENT and UNPROFESSIONAL service this is your place! Had my vehicle serviced here and before the vehicle was brought in JOSH was told not to change the fuel filter 3 TIMES twice by me and once by my wife, as it had 94% life remaining.
Not only did they change the fuel filter but they put an inferior brand on. I told Josh on both occasions we spoke that I only wanted OEM replacement parts ever on my vehicle.
My wife got picked the vehicle up and caught the extra charge immediately. She was told they would only refund 1 hour of labor.
Fast forward 8 days there has still been no refund so I called to stress my displeasure with our experience and to inquire about our refund. Josh says he was waiting for me to call before he issued the refund.
It was was changed to my wife's card why would they need my permission to issue a refund to someone else's card.
If your wife or yourself knows very little about vehicle maintenance and repair BEWARE OF THIS PLACE because they will take advantage of you.
