She has over twenty years of experience in the mental health field and specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing for the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Panic Disorder, and phobias. Having a special interest in helping couples, she has developed a personalized coaching approach to help couples overcome the pain of infidelity. With a strong belief in the power of intention, authenticity, and love; she teaches the value of healthy communication skills and connecting for the purpose of having rich, more meaningful, and purpose driven lives.
