Mike is a great contractor. I have dealt with many contractors in the city and outside of the city as I own 23 rental properties from Henrico to Chesterfield. I have been burned, taken advantage of, over charged, lied to, and much more by thes contractors around here. I have used home advisor and they have sent many unreliable worthless contractors my way. I came into contact with Mike off porch.com, which is actually owned by Lowe's. Mike has employees who specialize in EVERYHTING from the ground to the roof. And Mike being the owner of R.P.M. always made sure to do quality control checks with me and make sure I was happy with th work performed on my properties. I have used his company for about a year now. He's always been fairly priced, he's worked with me when I have been short on money, he has always communicated with me, his employees were very respectful, did as they said they would, and performed A plus work for me. I will use this company for the rest of my years here as a landlord and homeowner. He does everything besides touching my electric panel box, he leaves that to the electric company. Which is fine by me because I like someone that won't do something they don't know how. He's honest. And his employees seem to really be taken care of by Mike. I have also met his wife, who is the secretary I do believe because she is the one who had always called me to make appointments with me. She also does the home cleaning, and I have been referred to her by other people!
