I hired Montgomery County Pool Service to install a pool pump at my property. Initially, I was impressed with their professionalism and commitment to timely service. However, my experience since then has unfortunately changed my perspective. The pool pump, installed under their guidance, started having issues shortly after the installation. In response to this, I reached out to Scott, the person responsible, multiple times, seeking resolution. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch and express my concerns, I have received no response. The lack of communication from their end is disappointing, especially given the urgency of the situation. As a customer, it's reasonable to expect the company to stand behind their installation and work towards rectifying any issues that arise post-installation. Unfortunately, in my case, I've been left without a resolution and without even the courtesy of a response. While the company may have been efficient initially, their post-installation service has not met my expectations. I hope that others have a better experience, but I am unable to recommend Montgomery County Pool Service based on my own.
