Had worst experience with Nick Mirza!!! Very sad the way he behaved at the time of closing of our house. Unfortunately, we fell for his friendly words and gestures at the first. He did not keep his own words, promised something else and at the time of closing he denied that. Same thing he did with one of our friends and when we asked for explanation he misbehaved and used improper words since he knew that we cant remove him from contract he took advantage of that.
