I have had Rick, the Auto Medic work on my Chevy Traverse twice. The first time he changed out my alternator in the parking lot of my hotel in the dusk with a storm front approaching, surrounded by lightening strikes, so I could make it safely back to Chicago from Georgetown. Today he gave my Traverse an overdue tune-up. He explained the tune-up every step of the way, from spark plugs, to throttle body. He gave me a lesson on anti-freeze too. He is thorough. If I could give him 10 stars I would!! Rick is prompt, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, an excellent trouble-shooter. Rick was also reassuring about my car's performance after the tune-up. I felt very confident my car was fixed properly. He also promised to be available if I had any questions. My husband and I will be using Rick again when anything needs to be done for our vehicles.
