Ricardo was hired to remodel my shower in November. Which he told me was going to take a week to finish. On the first day on the job, were 3 guys working, but as the days go by the workers were always late or only 1 worker would show up and next following hours later. I address the issue with Ricardo in regards if they were going to be able to complete the project in the timeframe he give me. Long story short , the shower was 95 % completed with some minor adjustments that I could see I at this point Ricardo was paid in full because I trusted him since he did work for me before. Ricardo or his team never came back to mix the issue I told him about even sent pictures and videos of the leaks, which damaged my kitchen ceiling, I called Homeserve they sent out a plumber who informs us that the whole shower stall was installed incorrectly. So now the shower has to be demolished and rebuild. I shared this information with Ricardo via text to no avail. I do not recommend this company . Now I have to come out of pocket for a whole new show. Because my insurance doesn't cover most of what need to be done.
