I've never had such an awful experience with a contractor. It's easier to provide a list of instances that caused the one star. Staff freely used my refrigerator and master bathroom without my permission. After I specifically requested the action stop, the team continued to use my refrigerator and my master bath instead of one of the three other bathrooms as requested. No show at least two days. I had to inquire regarding the teams whereabouts. Carl, originally stated my project would only take 3 days. After the no shows and skeleton crew it was almost 2 weeks. When the painting was finally completed and the team was preparing to leave for good, I noticed several of the light switch covers were still sitting in a box. I asked the team lead if the covers would be placed back on the wall now that the paint was dry? "Of course, that's what we're doing now." I return to my basement office to complete my meetings for the day. It wasn't 15 minutes later and I hear the van leaving. I'm thinking that was fast. I know there were at least 20 to 30 covers to be placed back on the wall. I return upstairs at the end of my work day to find the box of covers in the same spot still full of covers. I venture to the 3rd floor to discover more covers scattered all over the counter and the bathroom a complete mess. When I think I'm finally done with this company, about a week later I notice the caps to the light fixtures have fallen from the ceiling. I text requesting someone come back out and screw the caps back in place. After 2 reschedules, it's now more than a week later and still no show. I would not recommend using this company
