The business is now under "Sassy Sewing and Embroidery". According to the owner, she changed the name because she started sewing. Whatever the case may be, this shop is a JOKE! I ordered a single patch March 7th, and paid for tracked shipping. According to her own website, patches ship out within 5-7 business days. I reached out because my order hadn't shipped. I emailed, and text the number she had listed on March 18th just asking for an updated. My messaged appeared as "read". March 21st I text again, and received a "read" notice. Come April 4th, she decided to respond to me with "wtf r u talking about". I told her I wanted a refund. It took until April 15th to receive a refund (which she text me at 2:22 AM on April 16th to let me know she cancelled my order), after she agreed to send me one during our April 4th conversation. I had text, emailed, and facebook commented multiple times between the 4th and 16th, including messages telling me shes out shopping, calling me names, etc. VERY unprofessional. Luckily I have everything in emails and texts. According to her photo, I will receive my refund within 10 days, but we will see. The owner has been extremely unprofessional, cursing to customers, etc. She demanded I stop contacting her, but then continued to email me hours later. She called me a Karen multiple times, along with "nuts", and "full of sxxx". Very unprofessional.

I have emailed, fb messaged, posted on their fb page and tried to call all of the numbers I could find. The shop has not responded. I have never experienced such poor customer service. They took my money and left me empty handed with no explanation. I would give 0 stars if possible.
