While it was nice that they picked up the phone, they tried to hurry me off the phone repeatedly. I wanted to ask some questions about ordering and shipping and believe it or not i was unable to get even one question out. Instead, they kept saying okay okay and said they had to get off the phone. Luckily, i found this out before having lost money on purchasing this product. I am lucky they showed their true colors before i lost money. you will have to decide if this was simply an error or their way of doing business. Very poor experience.
