Gave one star because I can't give zero, the communication was absolutely terrible Rob would fail to respond about status of my car. Rob quoted 3-5 days to fix my car which turned into 6-7 weeks. Less than a month after receiving my car back all the visible bolts were completely rusted. Requested Rob to fix his mistakes, had my car for 2 weeks before he even touched it even after he told me it would take a day to fix, then refused to fix the cracks on the parts he installed that he said he would fix. I do not ever recommend going to him for your needs you will just be disappointed

Rob Staker of Resurgence Automotive (formerly known as "Riverton Rods and Rides" of Riverton, Utah) said he could repair our family minivan in "three days" time after it was damaged in a collision in August, 2019. We went ahead and took our minivan to Resurgence Automotive so Rob could do the repair work and get our vehicle back up and running quickly. That "three days" turned into 6 WEEKS. Rob likes to give a lot of lip service and tells you what he's doing when he hasn't actually done much of anything. Rob frequently failed to return phone calls or text messages when we would inquire on the status of our van repairs. Finally started showing up at Resurgence Automotive in person several times before Rob got off his behind and finally repaired the damages he told us he would. Rob Staker has ZERO credibility with us as a result of his repeated failures to keep his word, failures to communicate in a timely manner, and failures to honor his original agreement he made with us. All we got was the run around and repeated failures to do what he says he'll do. Nothing but frustration and headaches dealing with this guy and his business. I honestly don't know how Resurgence Automotive remains in business with a tool like Rob running the show. What an absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with Resurgence Automotive or Rob Staker. You'll be better served elsewhere.
