We Buy Houses anywhere in Ocean County and other surrounding parts of New Jersey, and at any price. At Persistence Group, we not only buy houses but we also make the necessary repairs so you don’t have to. Don’t worry about fixing or cleaning anything because we purchase all houses in “as-is” condition. It is our goal to work closely with our clients to create a win-win solution for all parties without the hassles of listing with an agent and all of the accompanying fees and expensive closing costs. No matter the condition of the house, its location or the current situation, we can help! If you’re looking for a fair cash offer and to close on the day of your choice, we can make that happen! The traditional way of selling a house doesn’t work for everyone and often takes longer than most people expect. You’ve got nothing to lose by calling us today at (609) 800-4711 or visiting us on the web at www.persistence-group.com. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours or less, guaranteed! We look forward to helping you in any way that we can, whether we actually buy your house or not. Matt Persistence Group
