Excellent customer service and the sweetest sales department ever. This was my easiest and most stress free move ever. I relocate due to my husband's position in Microsoft and for now on we agreed to only use this company. Call them and find out for yourselves!

After contacting Countrywide Van Lines we went over all the details with a representative who was honest and thorough. They were not high pressure sales people and you could tell they honestly cared. Going with the right company was confusing for me in the beginning. All of these companies sound the same on the phone but, Countrywide VL was able to work with me smoothly on my move. They priced everything fairly and were professional with the service. What I liked most about this company is that they answered all my questions in a responsive manner about the details of the move and how transparent they are with everything. I didn't have too many fragile objects but, they still treated all of my items and furniture with care. This company gave high-quality service.

Country Wide Van Lines did a great job. The movers were great, they made all the necessary notes on my file. Glad I picked them. It was clear that they knew what they were doing. They sent me a great professional moving team. The quote was right on the money. Country Wide Van Lines were a great company. I would use their services again.

Reading the review below has me confused these guys busted their tail and went out of their way by making multiple stops for me free of charge i did end up with a broken large mirror but the claims department is writing me up for its value

Worst Moving company in the industry do not use these guys. I contracted this company to move my family from NYC to GA. The pick up went great but the drop off was a nightmare. I had broken surround sound speaker which I paid them to wrap and pack. I received my speakers with broken legs. My wife is missing a large box of assorted shoes. Both my sons are missing two large boxes of BRAND NEW clothing we bought prior to moving since the school year starts one month prior to NYC. They tried to charge me more at drop of for going up one story to a second floor apartment which was stated in the beginning. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake. I called In regards to my problems that I’m having with them and my missing stuff they promised me $350 reimbursement which couldn’t cover everything that didn’t arrive and still never received any money

We had a very smooth relocation with great communication from your staff. The call center gave us some great advice on the preparation for moving day. The movers were more than happy to listen to all our requirements of where the furniture should be situated at the drop-off address. boxes were placed in an orderly fashion and in a manner that allowed us complete accessibility. I praise Countrywide for being the wonderful faith driven company that they are. I was never going to use a mover again after my last experience it I gave it one last shot and I found them. I am so happy that I did because they are absolutely phenomenal and so faith driven. I highly recommend using them if you are moving. Thank you so much.
