Where do I begin!! Their application process is horrible. They make you fill out all these papers by hand and won't even accept a digital signature while mailing the original copy due to the current owners living out of state. Then it's a minimum of 30 days. They are a 6 person show and so so so slow. Plus the woman named Sherese is HORRIBLE to deal with!!! Very rude and disrespectful. Aggressive and just not a person you would want to have as a "property manager " as she claims she is.

Horrible experience. I put an offer for a home where kryterion was hoa. Not only did they make us redo our application due to not specifying they wanted done by hand , but I was under the impression they took fha. They recently took over tanglewood fha with a requirement of a 700 credit score. After redoing my application by hand they also required a 200 dollar application fee and require almost a minimum of a 30 day waiting period. After weeks of the owner and my realtor contacting them, they deposit my checks and ultimately deny me for having a 650 credit score. However fha is accepted. On top of that communication with sherese from the board was the most unpleasant experience in my life. Being a front line worker i took the time to do this. What I see here is a possibly discriminating company weeding out those with a lower credit score and those within the community, and on top of that charging an HOA of 300 a month, and of that they required there residents and buyer/leasees to pay 8000 dollars middle of next year for neighborhood roof repairs. This company is the complete definition of what an hoa isn't supposed to be. Horrible experience. I truly feel bad for the owners as no one will want to go through this and thank God I would not have to go through this the day I would have tried to sell this home. If you are considering a home and this HOA is in charge. TURN AROUND IMMEDIATELY. Thank you.
