I plan, design and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures/infrastructures, such includes- roads, railways, airports, bridges. Independent contractors are self-employed individuals who perform many of the same functions as a regular employee. However, they typically work on an assignment basis and are not tied to one employer. In fact, it is usually beneficial for them to be associated with several companies to ensure ongoing work. Independent contractors can be found in a variety of work environments. A major benefit of being an independent contractor is the opportunity to be one's own boss. Contractors can work for a variety of companies and develop relationships that lead to ongoing work assignments. There may be certain tax advantages of being an independent contractor, such as being able to deduct business expenses and I the use of a home office from income taxes. Employers benefit by having work completed as the need arises without having to offer fringe benefits as they would to regular employees. I am detailed in my approach and do not compromise on quality because I believe that a quality work and service will stand the test of time and will make my clients satisfied and happy eventually. My services are unbeatable, top notch with the best and highest quality you can not find anywhere. I treat my customers with utmost respect and regard, ensuring all their needs are met within their budget for their project. My sole aim is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project for final execution recruiting sub contractors who may also work closely with my upper management team to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other support departments.
