Barbra Rogoff LCSW - Psychotherapist - I provide individual teletherapy throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, or a difficult experience or trauma? Would you like to improve your self esteem, learn to set boundaries, or improve your relationships? Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, need some extra support through a challenging situation, or are considering moving in a new direction. I work to build a strong relationship with each client, one that promotes trust, awareness, and understanding and I'd love to help. Although I utilize many theories and techniques, my approach is primarily based on the ideas that you are unique and capable, and how and what we think determines our beliefs, feelings and actions. If we can identify ineffective patterns we can work together to change the ones holding you back from a more rewarding and meaningful life. I believe that, with a little help, anyone can move past obstacles, achieve their goals, and experience a more fulfilling life. While we can’t prevent difficulties from arising, we can work together to better understand and overcome them. My goal is to help you discover your true self and the life you desire.
